About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, along with training and support to build a client base and grow an independent business. The role involves presenting products to individuals and groups, developing community and market relationships, attending networking and industry events, and staying informed about industry trends. The position offers a performance-based compensation model with enhanced commissions, incentives, production bonuses, and uncapped earnings. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement.
