About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to a multi-line product portfolio and established books of business. Producers build and manage their own practice, develop client relationships, and connect with educators through presentations, community events, and networking. The position is performance-based, with commissions and incentives, and offers flexibility to work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements
- Commitment to helping educators achieve financial prosperity.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage one's own business.
- Ability to obtain, or currently hold, state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
