About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in West Columbia, South Carolina. The role is fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding, with a steady flow of customers and shifts of up to 10 hours. Broistas are the face of Dutch Bros: they connect with customers, provide positive and attentive service, prepare high-quality drinks efficiently, and support the rest of the crew. The position includes training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay, plus average tips of $7.25 per hour.
