About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Lexington, SC. The role is fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding, with regular customer interaction and a steady flow of customers. Broistas deliver friendly service, help customers explore the menu, prepare drinks efficiently, and maintain a clean workspace that meets food safety standards. The position involves working on your feet for shifts of up to 10 hours and being prepared to work in different weather conditions. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The listed compensation is $10.00 per hour base pay plus an average of $7.25 per hour in tips; actual tips may vary and are not guaranteed.
