About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy service and make genuine connections with customers. The role involves helping customers navigate the menu, preparing high-quality drinks efficiently, maintaining a clean workspace, and following food safety standards. Broistas work closely with their crew in a fast-paced shop and are expected to be reliable, adaptable, positive, and committed to growth. Shifts can last up to 10 hours, and the work takes place in all weather conditions. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay plus tips; the stated average tips are $7.25 per hour and are not guaranteed.
