About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role includes mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. Producers build and grow their own business by developing a client base, cultivating market relationships, presenting products, and participating in community and networking events. The position offers performance-based compensation, including commissions and incentives, and allows work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
