About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure, including enhanced commissions and a 36-month incentive plan, and allows the producer to build a client base and their own practice using established books of business, value-added services, and a multi-line product portfolio. The producer builds relationships with educators and community contacts, presents products to individuals and groups, and stays informed about industry trends. The work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; an external office is not required. The position is performance-based and identified as 1099.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
