About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, along with training and support while developing a business and client base. The role involves working in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with flexible work options. Compensation is performance-based, with commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and potential sign-on bonus. Top performers may qualify for all-expenses-paid trips.
