About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Asheville, North Carolina, to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. The role involves building and managing a client base and investing time and resources in growing the business. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based, with commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.
