About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Rockingham, NC, to provide insurance and financial solutions designed for educators and their families. The role focuses on prospecting, developing relationships, and building a book of business in the educator market. Producers can work with established books of business while building their own practice, and there is no external office requirement. The work setting is in person, in the field, and in an office. Compensation includes uncapped earning potential, commissions, a sign-on bonus, and structured incentives. New agents may receive monthly incentives based on sales volume during months 1–36, quarterly production incentives during the first 36 months, and enhanced commissions. Horace Mann also offers training, market and relationship-building programs, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio.
Requirements
- Possess or be able to obtain resident state General Lines licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
