About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role includes mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and support while building a client base and developing an independent business. Producers present products to prospective clients individually and in groups, participate in community and networking events, maintain knowledge of industry trends, and cultivate market relationships. The work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
