About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to a multi-line product portfolio designed for educators. Producers can leverage established books of business while building their own practice and client base, with no external office requirement and options to work in the field or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based and includes enhanced commissions, uncapped earnings, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives based on sales volume, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Top performers may also earn all-expenses-paid trips. A mentor agent provides ongoing guidance and support.

Requirements

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
