About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role includes mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training on products designed for educators. Producers can leverage established books of business while building their own practice, connect with prospective clients through value-added services and community events, and offer a comprehensive, multi-line product portfolio. The position offers performance-based compensation, commissions, incentives, and bonus opportunities. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
