About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer will receive mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure, including commissions, incentives, and bonuses, while the producer builds and manages a client base and develops their own business. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement. The position focuses on supporting educators’ financial well-being and helping them protect their current assets and pursue long-term financial security.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
