About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges with tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. The position offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

Requirements

• Self-motivation and ability to manage an independent business.
• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
