About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure with a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Producers can work without an external office, leverage established books of business while building their own practice, and access networking opportunities and a multi-line product portfolio. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage an independent business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
