About The Position
The Broista is the face of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, high-energy customer service in a fast-paced shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them navigate the menu, crafting quality drinks efficiently, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment. The work is physically demanding and may include shifts of up to 10 hours, standing and moving quickly, working in varying weather, and lifting or carrying up to 65 pounds. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards. Compensation is $11.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $5.50 per hour; actual tips may vary and are not guaranteed.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and handle a steady flow of customers.
- Ability to remain on your feet and move quickly during shifts of up to 10 hours.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
- Adaptability, quickness, and the ability to remain kind during busy periods and inclement weather.
- Team-oriented approach and willingness to support coworkers.
- Positive, considerate attitude and commitment to personal growth.
