About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced, high-energy shop. Broistas work closely with their crew to keep service moving and the workspace clean while following food safety standards. The position is physically demanding and requires being on your feet and moving quickly while serving a steady flow of customers. Shifts may last up to 10 hours, and the role may involve pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 pounds. Employees should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and attend scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests.
