About The Position
Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, high-energy customer service and prepare drinks in a fast-paced shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them choose from the menu, and creating a positive experience while representing Dutch Bros’ values. The work is physically demanding, requires being on your feet and moving quickly, and may involve shifts of up to 10 hours and working in all weather conditions. Broistas work closely with their crew, maintain a clean workspace, and follow food safety standards. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided. The compensation is $11.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $5.50 per hour; actual tips may vary.
