About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to deliver friendly, high-energy customer service in a fast-paced, physically demanding shop environment. Broistas greet customers, make genuine connections, help customers explore the menu, and prepare high-quality drinks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and supporting their team.

The role involves staying on your feet and moving quickly during a steady flow of customers, with shifts of up to 10 hours. Broistas maintain a tidy workspace and follow food safety standards, show up reliably for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings, and may work in all weather conditions. The position includes training, certifications, and knowledge tests. Compensation is $11.00 per hour in base pay, plus tips; the stated average tips of $5.50 per hour are not guaranteed and may vary.
