Insurance Producer - Attleboro, MA
About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges with tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and access to training, products designed for educators, and support in building a client base and business. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure with enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work can be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; an external office is not required.
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage one's own business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
