About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer will build a client base and relationships in the educator market, present products to individuals and groups, and grow an independent business. An experienced agent will provide mentorship and support. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, a sign-on bonus, and uncapped earning potential. The producer can work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements
- Commitment to helping educators achieve financial prosperity.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage one's own business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
