About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and other tailored solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and training, and can build a business serving an educator-focused market. The role offers a multi-line product portfolio and established books of business alongside the opportunity to develop a personal client base. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; the posting also states there is no external office requirement and work can be done from anywhere. Compensation is performance-based, with commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Top performers may earn all-expenses-paid trips.
