About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges with tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, with training and support to develop a client base and grow an independent business. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure, including enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may be conducted in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
