About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to serve educators with insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to a multi-line product portfolio and established books of business. Producers develop their own practice, build a client base, and participate in sales, community, and networking activities. The position uses performance-based 1099 compensation, with a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
