About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and other tailored solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, training, and access to a multi-line product portfolio and established books of business while building their own practice. The role involves educating potential clients, developing a client base, and investing time and resources in growing the business. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
