About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, along with training and access to products designed for educators. The role involves building a business and client base, serving a niche market, and using a multi-line product portfolio and streamlined sales processes. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions and a 36-month incentive plan that includes monthly sales-volume incentives and quarterly production bonuses.
