About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. The role involves building a client base and an independent business, educating prospective clients, and cultivating market relationships. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based, with enhanced commissions and a 36-month incentive plan that includes monthly incentives based on sales volume and quarterly production bonuses. The position also offers a sign-on bonus, uncapped commission earnings, and structured incentive and bonus pay. Top performers may earn all-expenses-paid trips.
