About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, with training and support while building and growing an independent business. The role involves serving a niche educator market, developing client relationships, and offering a comprehensive, multi-line product portfolio through streamlined sales processes. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, uncapped earnings, and a 36-month incentive plan. The plan includes monthly incentives based on sales volume and quarterly production bonuses during the first 36 months. A sign-on bonus and other structured incentives and bonus pay are also offered. Top performers may qualify for all-expenses-paid trips.
