About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Omaha, Nebraska, to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and other tailored solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, along with training and access to products designed for educators. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation model, including enhanced commissions, incentives, and bonuses. Producers can leverage established books of business, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio to develop their business and client base. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
