About The Position

NavSav is seeking a highly motivated commercial insurance producer to help grow an existing book of business. The company has more than 75 multi-state locations and partners with multiple A+ rated carriers. NavSav describes its approach as developing a personalized business plan based on the producer’s needs and financial goals. The role focuses on developing client relationships, growing new business, servicing and renewing an existing book, and contributing to individual and agency sales goals.

Requirements

A Property and Casualty insurance license.
Entrepreneurial personality.
Ability to pass a background check.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Operational computing skills, including Microsoft Office, internet browsers, and typing at 45+ WPM.
Confidence, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Establish and develop relationships with business owners through marketing, cold calling, referrals, and centers of influence.
Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Account Manager to create, submit, and issue new business policies and renew the existing book of business.
Conduct a needs analysis with each client and identify potential coverage gaps.
Respond promptly to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage.
Become familiar with company products, services, and systems.
Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
Contribute to individual goals and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and participating in new initiatives.
