About The Position

NavSav is seeking a highly motivated commercial insurance producer to grow an existing book of business. The producer will develop relationships with business owners, build and maintain client accounts, and work with a Commercial Lines Account Manager on new and renewal policies. NavSav offers access to multiple A+ rated carriers and a personalized business plan based on the producer’s needs and financial goals. The role includes an uncapped commission opportunity and a competitive base.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Entrepreneurial personality.
• Pass a background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good operational computing skills and typing speed of 45+ WPM, including experience with Microsoft Office Suites and Internet Browsers.
• Confident self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with business owners through marketing, cold calling, referrals, and centers of influence.
• Collaborate with a Commercial Lines Account Manager to create, submit, and issue new business policies and renew the existing book of business.
• Conduct a needs analysis with each client and identify gaps in coverage.
• Respond promptly to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage.
• Become familiar with products, services, and systems.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and supporting new initiatives.
