About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to established books of business, value-added client services, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role involves building a client base and professional relationships, educating prospective clients, and investing time and resources in growing an independent business. Work may be conducted in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based and includes commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.
