About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, training, and access to products designed for educators. Producers build and manage their own business, develop a client base, and connect with potential clients through individual and group presentations, community events, and networking. The position offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may be conducted in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
