About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and a multi-line product portfolio designed for educators. Producers build a client base, develop market relationships, and grow their own business while working with clients in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, sales-volume incentives, production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. The position is supported by a mentor agent who provides guidance and accountability.
