About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Willimantic, Connecticut, to provide educators with tailored insurance and financial solutions. The Producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including enhanced commissions, incentives, and production bonuses during the first 36 months, along with opportunities to build a business using established books of business and a niche market. The work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
