About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and training, and can use established books of business while building their own practice. The role offers a multi-line product portfolio, a niche educator market, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a performance-based compensation structure with incentives and bonuses. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement.
