About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges with tailored insurance solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, supported by training, products designed for educators, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role involves educating potential clients, building a client base and market relationships, and investing time and resources in growing an independent business. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a 36-month incentive plan.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
