Insurance Producer - Lowell, MA
About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to products designed for educators. Producers build their own practice while leveraging established books of business, value-added services, a niche market, and a multi-line product portfolio. The position is performance-compensated, with enhanced commissions and incentives and bonuses during the first 36 months. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Self-motivation and ability to manage one's own business.
- Ability to obtain, or current possession of, state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
