About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role includes mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and access to products designed for educators. Producers build and grow their own business using established books of business, value-added services, a niche market, and a multi-line product portfolio. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based, with commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Top performers may earn all-expenses-paid trips.

Requirements

• Self-motivation and ability to manage your own business.
• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
