About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Buda, Texas, to provide educators with tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure with enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly sales-volume incentives, and quarterly production bonuses. Producers can leverage established books of business, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio to build their business and client base. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
