About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer will receive mentorship from an experienced agent, training, and support while gaining hands-on industry experience. The role involves developing a client base and growing an independent business, with access to established books of business, a specialized educator market, value-added client connection services, streamlined sales processes, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. The position offers performance-based 1099 compensation, commissions, incentives, and bonuses. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; no external office is required.
