About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges and achieve long-term financial security through insurance and related solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and support while building and growing an independent business. The role offers a comprehensive, multi-line product portfolio and a performance-based compensation structure, including enhanced commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
