About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The role offers mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and a multi-line product portfolio. Producers build their own business while also leveraging established books of business, connecting with prospective clients through value-added services, and developing relationships in a niche market. This is a performance-based opportunity with 1099 compensation, uncapped earnings, commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives based on sales volume, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Producers may work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; no external office is required. The position is guided by a mentor agent who provides support and accountability.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
