About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer will receive mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, supported by training, a multi-line product portfolio, streamlined sales processes, and services intended to connect producers with potential clients. The role offers flexibility to work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement. Producers can leverage established books of business while building their own practice and market relationships. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly sales-volume incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Earnings are uncapped, with additional incentives and bonus opportunities.

• Ability to obtain, or current possession of, state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
