About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The role includes mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and support while building a client base and growing an independent business. Producers may work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement. Compensation is performance-based, with commissions, incentives, and bonuses.
