About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer will build and manage a business, develop a client base, and educate prospective clients on products through individual and group presentations. The role offers performance-based compensation with a 36-month incentive plan, enhanced commissions, monthly sales-volume incentives, and quarterly production bonuses. Producers can leverage established books of business while building their own practice and have access to training, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. There is no external office requirement; work may be conducted in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. The producer works under the guidance of a Regional Field Leader, who also serves as an Agency Consultant.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
