About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, along with training and access to products designed for educators. The role involves building and managing a business, developing a client base, presenting products, and cultivating community and market relationships. The position offers performance-based 1099 compensation, including enhanced commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage one's own business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
