About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and other tailored solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and access to training, established books of business, a niche educator market, value-added services, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role involves building and managing a client base and developing the producer’s own business. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
