About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, with training and products designed for educators. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure, including enhanced commissions and incentives, and allows work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Producers are expected to invest time and resources in building and growing their own business.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
